Promote to Elite Member Require and New Rating System (Star)

If you wan me promote you to Elite Member you must be test by Examiner or Me or Givz with permission


*Star* mean rating
Min Star = 0
Max Star = 10000
If you wan increase Star you can send me screenshot
Our star calculator is like this
*frag* - *death* = *star*
for example :-
(your frag is 50 and death is 25 so (50-25=25) which increase star by 25)
(if your frag is 50 and death is 60 so (50-60=-10) which decrease star by 10)

Now system change to KILL AS MANY AS POSSIBLE DEAD AS LESS AS POSSIBLE
